The package includes a minor consultant input, and after that a Zert RM subscription with a survey and a classification of your pressurized devices will be started. Then we make a risk assessment together and set up the work in Zert RM. From there you may then easily maintain the documentation and get support in the continuous supervision. All the work with the Zert consultant will take place online.

The risk assessment tool which is included in the service contains a risk analysis form, adapted to the pressurized device. You may work in your computer, pad or mobile phone. The procedure and the method used will be based on IEC 61882:2016 Hazard andoperability studies (HAZOP studies).

Activities and actions from the risk analyses will end up in the action plan, which you can access via your mobile phone. Here you may also set up the periodical inspections and will then receive reminders when these are to be carried out.

The service includes a number of standard reports to be used on implementation, follow-up and for final filing. Examples of reports that are included are checklists, residual points and reports for filing.

All documentation will be safely stored and with complete version management. Complete backups and value securance of allhistorical information are also included in the service. When changes are made in the plant you can easily take out a new version and revise the previous risk assessment, based on the change that has been made.
